I'm a bit confused by the above doc though, as it appears to be for
some specific image (which I wasn't able to find) more than the phrase
itself. Which is itself an obvious and widely used knockoff of Andy
Warhol's original, public domain quote. Which goes against its having
distinctiveness[1], and therefore from being sufficiently unique to be
a defendable trademark.

IOW: *eyeroll*

I'm sure the EFF people know much prettier legal ways of responding
"lolz" though. :-P
