It's not especially useful for us to discuss this at length in public.
Unfortunately, in order to preserve all our legal rights, our lawyer has
to talk to only a limited set of people.  If this issue were (unlikely
as it seems) to go to court, our public discussions would be fair game
to be introduced as evidence.

Please talk to a board member, officer, Aestetix, or Jake if you would
like to discuss it more.

Hopefully we'll be able to give a summary of the results next week.
