   the idea of a sign-in computer for guests seems 
good, no conflict with anonymity unless guests were 
required to use it, which seems unlikely as nobody 
would bother to enforce such a policy. 
   there are a couple of working "desktop" style 
computers in the space. might be good to formalize 
their status and maybe improve some kind of internal 
web site that would have info and maybe useful 
services, whatever they might be, however they might 
be implemented (possibly fodder for python-django 
wannabes.
