Both Seth and I were in Portland for this meeting, so there couldn't
have been two officers present :)

Not exactly the treasurer's report, as I didn't fill this in (thanks
to whomever did -- it appears correct).
We should probably rename this as a financial report.  As often as
not, I'm not present, so this section isn't actually filled in by me.
