   i, jim, have brought in a variety of stuff, 
including a variety of fabrics for the sewing 
bunch, a hi-fi for use in the turing or church 
classrooms, a little couch, a chair (that i plan 
quickly to repair), a few interesting (to me) 
toys.... 
   most of it is in the big pile of crap to hack 
in the north-west corner. 
   i don't want to be one who brings in stuff 
i'm done with and leaves it for others to deal 
with. i'm willing to take unwanted stuff away 
to some donation place or the dump or .... it 
seems right first to let things sit a while to 
see if someone wants to repurpose them. 
   some of us have talked about clearing out crap 
that's sat around too long. i like the idea of 
specifying some storage area that's got the 
crap-to-go stuff--the it'll-be-gone-next-month 
pile. given no other conversation or direction, 
i'll likely set up such a storage place sooner 
than later.
