[Noisebridge-discuss] inbox filters on lists (boxbe etc)

I just wanted to pass on a tip on filtering on such high-volume
mailing lists as Noisebridge-discuss. In GMail I can automatically
"Star" messages coming from senders who I have known to make helpful
posts. That way when I am catching up on hundreds of unread messages,
I can quickly see those ones I don't want to skip.

(Side note: although GMail is proprietary software, I periodically
export my filters to an .XML file, so that someday when I find a free
email program that meets my needs, I will be able to import my filter
collection).
