True! One could compensate for this by including some sort of timer. 
Victims would have to stay completely still (minus some threshold to 
allow for breathing) to trigger the evil response.

To be honest, this would be awesome even if it never results in 
actionable (read: punishable) data. I'm totally willing to build a 
noisebridge couch status page, just for the hack cred.
