I agree that it's unexcellent for Rubin to insist on wearing pants at
Noisebridge. After all, if you're not wearing pants, you cannot drop them. I
know you tried to set a positive precedent at the meeting you held where you
required all attendees to remove their pants, but sometimes good ideas don't
catch on.

There's the obvious rebuttal that there are some Noisebridge members you
don't want to see without pants on, but I think that's much more a
subjective thing. I absolutely agree that if Rubin insists on keeping his
pants on, we may have to have either a bigger and longer discussion, or snip
him where it counts.
