hmmm.... i have two sheets sitting next to me:

  ~ 12x12. it might be a little thicker than you'd like ~1/4"
  ~ 8x8. ~1/8"

there's some way thicker stuff that disks come packed in, but taking those apart might be more trouble than it's worth.
