I'm sad I missed this talk, it sounds like it was epic.

My normal tools for extracting video don't know about ustream.tv.  Does
anyone have a .ogv, .mp4 or even a .flv that'll play in xine/mplayer?

If I can get a copy, I can put it up on a host with plenty of bandwidth
for general access.
