Whether or not he was actually dangerous Bobby definitely made us feel that
he could be an accidental threat to himself and potentially others.  He was
poking into circuit boxes and climbing on the desk near the server room,
insisting that he wanted to take down the wifi broadcaster because it was
giving him a headache.  He was getting ready to climb up on the flimsy
wooden shelf on top of the desk before he got distracted or someone talked
him down.

All said, he's an exceptional case, and I don't think this in any way
discredits our open door policy.  It's not as if we have loonies popping in
every day that we have to deal with, though it would probably be a good idea
to come up with some simple instructions for the rare cases.
