[Noisebridge-discuss] help editing a wordpress page

Hey all-
I'm learning how to edit Wordpress themes, and I want to add my gif logo
over the header of my theme. I'm not sure how to do this.
Here is the header PHP code from my in-wordpress editor:

It looks much more complicated than I thought :-/

Any pointers? Or is anyone going to be at NB tonight that might know?
