[Noisebridge-discuss] Keys to organizational success

Hi Noisebridge,

A couple of months ago, we banned someone for the first time.  At the time,
we said that we were going to have a post-mortem discussion about how that
went and how it should be handled in the future.

I would like to start having that conversation tonight.  I hope that we can
have a productive conversation and that it will lead to some Consensus on
how to handle this sort of thing in the future.
