Thanks Shannon, this is a great idea!

One of the key things I'm interested in discussing: Do people feel safe now?
If so, why? If not, what else can we do to make people feel safer?

I also think it's worth looking into different strategies for handling this
type of conflict in the future. How do other places solve similar issues,
and can any of those ideas be brought to our group? Also, how do people feel
about the way we as a group handled it? These questions are much easier to
address when people feel safe discussing them.
