I spoke with a journalist for about an hour tonight who is doing a story for San Francisco Magazine about depression in the geek community and the workplace. She asked me to forward this blurb to see if there is anyone who would like to share their insights and/or experience. Please see below. If you are interested, please contact Liza directly. Thanks, Mitch.

Mitch: Thanks again for your time and your insights. So, so
helpful.
As promised, here's the blurb I mentioned:
In the wake of Ilya Zhitomirskiy's death, San
Francisco magazine asked me to write a piece on the
phenomenon of depression among founders. They wanted to
explore this aspect of Silicon Valley that doesn't usually
get a lot of discussion, but perhaps should.
I'm looking to interview a few young men in their 20s,
who are founders right now, who have gone through this and
would feel comfortable sharing their experiences. We would
not have to use their name or the name of their company.
We're simply hoping to find a few folks who can help our
readers understand what it's like to go through the
experience of depression as a tech founder, particularly
during this current boom.
They can feel free to contact me at eb.boyd at yahoo.com or
415.596.2296.
Many thanks, Liza (E.B. Boyd)
