[Noisebridge-discuss] Exploitable statistical vulnerability in scratchoff lottery tickets

I'm near Atlantic City currently, with access to Philly if people are
interested in scratchoffs from there. The website idea is a good one,
crowdsourcing would streamline the process if we could get people
interested. I can do graphics/css but probably don't have the time to do a
full front-end integration.
