Here's what he said when I offered to mediate over lunch this week:

"No.  And respectfully, please quit contacting me off-list.  I
understand your concerns, but I would rather keep things out in the
open."

I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt, but saying things
about Zedd's wife is over the line.  He has some explaining to do.
