And there is also a genuine problem (as also faced by the Swedish court system, which is currently being painted as anti-human-rights for the Assange mess) in that actually publicizing details of harassment charges is in itself a component in making spaces unsafe.

Due process is important. And being able to respond to charges is important too. I do not however feel that the current approach — with records that can be viewed on request, and a discussion item in (just under) a week is particularly damaging to this standard.
