We have two of those projectors.

Swap the good bulb out of the bad projector and put it in the good
projector. The good projector is in bottom drawer of the wooden
reception desk.

Carefully remove the jankmounting attachment to get access to the
projector. Remove the panel and perform the transplant, keeping the
broken bulb assembly for later replacement or hackup.

Replace the jankmounting attachment onto the projector with the
functioning bulb. This requires a standard screwdriver and a metric
hex set. Take care to tighten the bolts just enough so the jankmount
is steady.
