cursory search terms:

multi-color, amusement, leds, smd, aglare: they 'make' multi-color in
standard 3 and 5mm packages, *what* are the canonical names for these thru
hole led packagings?

maybe you will have more luck than I at finding the bare part rather than a
bunch of expensive UL approved lighting products.
