[Noisebridge-discuss] Spam on the wiki

Hey guys, I've been noticing a lot of new spam user accounts being created
on the wiki, which is to say hundreds of them. I'd be happy to help delete
them if I had that sort of access, but it doesn't solve the problem of them
being created in the first place. It seems like email confirmation would go
a long way to stemming the tide, and captcha even more so. Email in
particular IIRC is just an option you can turn on. Captcha shouldn't be a
great deal harder. Again, it's been a while since I've done any wiki
administration, but I think it was just a plugin and a service you sign up
for. Is there anybody who has access and can enable them?
