[Noisebridge-discuss] Tor Project sponsorship?

I had some specific concerns about spelling out the project's stucture and
goals; they are on the wiki page about the project and I have discussed them
with leif (or lief, I can never remember the spelling), shannon, andy, and
kelly. I am working on helping to flesh out our fiscal sponsorship
mechanisms in general and I think it is important to build those systems
carefully to make sure we are not committing fraud, or even creating an
appearance of doing so.

I hope to be back for the meeting next week but don't know if I can make it.
I am hoping someone will proxy a block for me if these concerns are not met
and I don't make the meeting.
