Actually, i totally failed at posting the picture to the wiki.  The 
example that's there refers to a file without a path, and I don't know how 
to upload my file to where that other file is.  I put a link to my image, 
but it just came up like this:

which is tiny and hard to click on, so i gave up and need help.

Also, if you're still worried about his employer finding out, you may have 
missed this message, where a call to his employer resulted in an apology 
on behalf of the HR department:

Presumably he is not always like this, and will "come back down" at some 
point (i have seen worse) and put the pieces back together - and 
straighten things out with his employer.  And his condition is a bona-fide 
disability and he has rights regarding his job, so hopefully he'll be ok.

It might help him that more people know about his condition to prevent 
more misunderstandings from happening.  If his brother had been more 
successful in explaining things, we might have all saved some time.. 
although Patrick was really really mad...
