Suggestion:

How about yelling, "NOISETHIEF! STOP HIM (/HER)!"

At which point, NBers would know, the accuser is a noisebridger (or
someone motivated to read our mailing lists, which most criminals are
not), and therefore it isn't just a random yell, and then we can
detain and/or tackle the subject for further questioning.

A non-criminal Noisebridger probably wouldn't mind being detained to
clear up any false allegations, so if someone yells this at you, stay
put, raise hands, and say, "I'm not going anywhere!", and if someone
does not stay put, you know what to do.
