The current Data Base Management system the Berkeley Rent Control Board uses
is 20 years old.
They are contracting for a new system, and I want them to choose open
source.
They need a Database Management system, that
1. will take a column of information and display it it as a printable
page.
2. have account access controls, so the program director can manage
access.
3. will share with other city departments the information as a read only
database
4. will integrate read only databases from other city departments
I'm pretty sure there is off the shelf software for this purpose, but I
don't know what it is,
can you help me make gov' open source?

Rent Board Commissioner
