Huh, I'm not sure what that is. Maybe it's part of the wifi mesh for
the section 8 housing, but I don't know why they would use a solar
panel instead of the power in the pole, and I don't see a battery. I
might be able to look up the pole number if it's on a NCJPA owned
pole. I'll have a look when I'm there before the meeting.
