[Noisebridge-discuss] Solar-power radios popping up around the Mission

The "old" style meters had something that looked like an XLR jack that I've
seen guys walking around with handheld devices plugging into them. These
have replaced those. (Soma gets all the latest meters, I guess... a lot of
revenue is generated out here.)
