There's a technical conference coming up in San Francisco for developing on
the MeeGo platform, a Linux distribution for small devices such as handhelds
and netbooks. I think this is the platform that supercedes the Maemo system
that Nokia was using, and is supported by both Nokia and Intel.

It appears that registration to the full conference is still open, and
it is free
to attend.

The bulk of the technical sessions are during the week from Monday the 23rd
through Wednesday the 25th, with some warm-up activities and tutorials
preceeding
them on Saturday and Sunday (the same days as Maker Faire).
