huh, i have to go back on what i said, the maker manual has this to say:

Makers are not permitted to sell or give away food or beverage items.
Ovations Catering has the exclusive right to provide all food and
beverages, including the sale of alcohol. Only approved Commercial Food
Makers can offer samples under 2oz.
