I would stress the point three (3. Gardening, Farming, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Mushroom growing). Some stable climate ecosystem would be a good idea. I think that Rikke was mentioning in the past that the Redwoods natural forest ecosystems which can be found in Northern California are suppose to be extremely stable, which means probably thousands or tenths of thousands years of "no worries". In todays times of climate change it would have an extra value.
