[Noisebridge-discuss] Are people okay with people sleeping at the Noisebridge space?

Serious face: Noisebridge can't be members only. There is too much that
non-members offer to the space. The only qualification for opening access
to Noisebridge should be, "Don't be a dick."

I think open admittance with a strong, "Anti-Dick" policy is the best
noisebridge can hope for.

Maybe noisebridge should have a policy to boot anyone, for a day, who has
partaken in dick-like activity. Any time there is a sleeper, a conflict,
destruction of property in a positively negative way, or otherwise dickish
behavior, kick out the offending party for 24 hours.

In the case of a conflict, kick both people out, even if, or unless
otherwise vetted for, one of the parties is obviously more rational than the
other. Consider them "taking it for the team."

Hell, if getting booted from noisebridge for 24 hours was what it took to
get a dickhead booted, too, I'd gladly be the person to take the heat and
let others get along with their projects.

Yeah, it's not going to weed out every dickhead that enters the door, but it
will help to get them out once they have.

I'm sure there is a way to abuse this policy, but you'll all figure that
out.
