Maybe nothing; I can only speak from personal experience. From
personal experience, I know that public urination really pisses people
off, and folks absolutely will pepper spray you in the face for it.

I have been at Justin Herman the past couple nights and found the
atmosphere very positive, with no visible penises or land trout. I
think the assembly was about to adopt the leaf as legal tender. Good
times!
