Pretty good.  I have a print copy; it was extremely informative at the
time.  Perhaps less so now as an intro, since as you note, the UI has
changed a lot.

If anyone would like to borrow my copy of GtG, let me know.  I still
like it a bit too much to donate it to the NB library.
