[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge must police itself

I am basically behind this; but there should be an expectation
that anyone forcing someone out of the space should be ready to
give an account of their actions at the next meeting. Sometimes,
violence is the answer but we need to be sure people asked the
right question.
