Hi Justin,

Tom is out of town and unable to act as mediator in person. I will be
standing in as his proxy at the upcoming meeting.

You made an agreement with the group that you would not return to the
space without completing some form of mediation satisfactorily. If you
want to start that, you can contact me off-list. If you show up at the
space tomorrow (there's no way we can complete mediation in 24 hours)
that would be very disrespectful, and I don't think people would
respond well.
