[Noisebridge-discuss] Surface mount oven?

After trying several things for prototyping, I think a hot plate is better for the simple reason you can get close to the board to see how the paste is flowing, and poke at things that might have slid around. Mightyohm has a DIY one, or just an electric griddle.
