You'll surely get much better answers later, but here's a summary:

There's no such thing as a generic "Bitcoin account", there is no bank of
bitcoin.

You have two options:

You can download the official Bitcoin client, from Bitcoin.org, and you'll
automatically have an address, ready for donations!

You can use an online wallet, I've heard decent things about
mybitcoinwallet, which will handle everything for you. Of course there's
some danger that site will steal your bitcoins.

Also, due to a few Paypal policies you have pretty much no hope of using
that euro for bitcoins.
