[Noisebridge-discuss] A modest proposal.

I really like the idea of coming up with measures we can implement with
specific and short sunset clauses -- "we're having members-only hours for
two weeks" or "we're cutting the buzzer wire for two week" that way we
don't have to feel like whatever we do is Forever (and therefore Dangerous
and Important and stuff).
