[Noisebridge-discuss] A modest proposal.

I think I'll throw in my 2 cents.  I'm somewhat new to noisebridge, but I'm enthusiastic about becoming a member and (hopefully) will be one soon.   It would make me sad if the space was closed at nights, but also after doing an all nighter here last week it was pretty apparent why nighttime access is a problem.  It would be great if it was a relatively chill space all night long. The idea of taking a temporary measure with a sunset clause is a great one - I feel that it might inspire people to come to meetings with a specific need to reach consensus (if you're going to use the space at night, suggest a solution and take responsibility).  Even if all measures were only temporary, at least the space of answers is actively explored and experimented with.   

I also wonder if agenda items such 'Discussion of the efficacy and effects of installing the analog video camera' would be too specific, or if they could be productive - what I mean is atomic discussions of small but potentially significant trials and their resulting impacts.  I guess this is suggesting the idea of a 'scientific' approach.
