Actually, I don't see J Random UNKNOWN Hacker from Tokyo being a
design goal of the space. Ping someone on IRC, come during open
visiting hours, get someone to show you the space.

Can't make friends with someone on IRC enough to get a tour? And
you're going to travel from another city to visit? Yeah ... not much
overlap of those groups.
