[Noisebridge-discuss] Soda Machine

Well prior to reddit being overrun by high school students and the fierce
pride I take by maintaining a negative karma I had breezed over some
article somewhere that stated or speculated or something or other that
HFCS had some kind of metabolic difference after going through the
refinement process.

What I had read (and cannot currently cite) was that HFCS was converted to
stored energy rather than immediately burned and products with sugar were
not. There was some background about the corn lobby and how HFCS is
cheaper than sugar because of the corn subsidies and used in EVERYTHING.

I can't remember and I recently had an arguement on another site about how
microwaves work and at that point I just gave up pretending to know about
anything because people, they love arguing on the internet.

All I can say is happiness is a moist spice muffin with real toasted
butter frosting from scratch and nothing beats hacked tea, amphetamines
and fancy-pants sugar with half and half but what were we talking about
again?

I was supposed to complete some tasks today. I blame the discussion list
for those tasks not being complete.

Mmmmm spice cake muffins with toasted butter frosting. If I am not run out
of the space on a pole coated with honey, artificial maple syrup and
anything else that is sticky I want to make some at some point in the next
two weeks.

When they are served I may throw together a tea hacking bar so people can
enjoy these things the way I think they should be enjoyed but bring your
own amphetamines, I get touchy (full retard.)
