[Noisebridge-discuss] question for the panel, re: the wiki

    People might create accounts because the wiki suggests 
doing so. Some of those people may not revisit the wiki 
again; some may revisit to read with no recollection that 
they'd made an account. Some may revisit and recall and 
have nothing to add. Some may wish to add something but 
find insufficient navigation to find anything to which 
they want to add. 
    Out of 500, I'd guess over 200 might belong to one of 
the above subgroups.
