The account with Voicepulse that was working most recently lapsed in
its stored credit, and I was trying to get a hold of them to
re-activate for a little while, but gave up. It cost about $20 /
month, on average.

For inbound calling, I think we get free inbound voice on our line
with Sonic.net, no? Stick an FXO port facing that, and we should be in
business (albeit with a different number).
