Hey,

Yup, I think it was a little rough at first, but establishing
active moderation is key. It was especially useful to see
those who do not normally speak, encouraged to get
involved.

Once it's established as a moderation style, it may become
more comfortable.

plus a rather drama prone meeting was kept on the rails.
