[Noisebridge-discuss] tubs versus walls for member shelves

Elements of both these proposals are good, the mobility of bins and
maintaining easy access to larger items in a cubby.

Let's incorporate both proposals: bins (both 5gal totes, smaller ones and
the long flat ones), as well as cubbie shelves.

After building a modest amount of both, we can let folks decide what more
to build or buy depending on demand.
