[Noisebridge-discuss] Can Someone Help Me with My MBR?

Can't you boot off the 7 cd to do this?  Back in the day there was
some kind of mbr repair.  I think "fdisk /mbr" would also restore a
basic Windows MBR, if you could get up into Windows.

I would not be surprised if you could get away using a tool like
parted to just write out an mbr with one huge partition that starts
1MiB into the disk (sector 2048) and get away with that -- although
you may still be missing a bootloader.
