[Noisebridge-discuss] "Grant" item from the Tuesday meeting

Its all good... I am lead on this, and there's no plan to rush into
consensus next week. My error was to bring it up early, and then go oh we
should check if it's okay to run ahead with this in public. I was being
overly cautious, as it turned out, the organizer I spoke to said sure no
problem about three minutes after I mailed her after the meeting.

I'll basically restart the discussion next week with all the details, and
ensure no one misses anything that cropped up this week. I think the key
stuff was some preferred wording (which we will talk through again next
week) and everyone agreeing that if we couldn't do it in the open and via
consensus, we wouldn't do it.

People also felt we need to think about potential expenses in parallel, and
I need to write up a fuller explanation and take a lead on the reporting
requirements. I think it's going to be like noise tor; a new thing that we
will walk cautiously through.
