it is possible to communicate over very large distances with tiny amounts
of power (with a human listening to the static on headphones, picking out
slow morse code from the noise)
so you understand, 1uw is one MILLIONTH of a watt. 720nw is 0.72uw
so basically, this is telepathy. The brain uses about 20 watts just
sitting there by the way.
