Someone removed the buzzer that's used to signal that someone needs the 
elevator at the ground floor and that the elevator is not responding to the
call button. If the elevator isn't responding to the call button (which happens
often), there is no way for someone who needs the elevator to get into the 
space.

That buzzer is important accessibility equipment. Please return it and wire it
in again. In the future, do not break or remove it, and don't make any changes
to it without notifying the list.
