For those males out there that are interested in being a better ally in the
industry not just to women but everyone in general, there are 4 succint and
useful takeaways I  really liked on slide 26:

- "no saying 'well, actually'"
-  no feigning surprise
-  no backseat driving
- no subtle sexism, racism, or discrimination
